I spoke with the electrical engineer for the Vitruvian Park project, Jon Scarborough, P.E., Scarborough Engineering, Inc., concerning the shared neutral for the duplex and quad outlets
on the Vitruvian Park project and it appears that I was incorrect in my description of the circuit design.  EACH 120v branch circuit serving one or more 120v duplex outlets will consist
of one phase and one neutral conductor from the panel.  EACH 120v branch circuit serving one or more 120v quad receptacles will consist of two phases (from a 2 pole breaker) and one
shared neutral from the panel.

 

We will review the conduit and wiring notes on the drawings and correct any discrepancies with the intended electrical circuit design.

 

We would be happy to meet with the Town’s building official if further discussion of the design is needed.  Please let me know.
