Bruce,

 

Please see the following questions pertaining to the Vitruvian Park project.

 

1.      Are we to include the removal of all the paving and bridges/box
culverts that are onsite now?  The removal of the box culverts is in your
contract for Vitruvian Way.  The removal of the bridge is in another bid
package (Bridge Package), and the pavement to be removed is denoted on the
demolition plans (Sheets C101, 102 and 103.

2.      Are we to include all of the tree removal that is on the
fence/property line at the South end of the project?  The only trees to be
removed are those shown on the demolition plans (Sheets C101, 102 and 103).

3.      How are we to bid the grading with the spoils that are left onsite
from Vitruvian Phase 1B?  These spoils are not shown on the existing topo
plan for Phase 1C.  The majority of the spoils that are located on this
project were placed there by North Texas Contracting and will be removed or
relocated off site (either by NTC or by others) prior to the start of this
project.

Jarvis - Item #275 is a bid item that is set up to establish a price.  At
this time it is the intent of the Town to irrigate from City water lines,
but they may decide to irrigate from the creek in the near future and
therefore the bid item.  Item #94 is actually addressed in Addendum # 1
which should be sent out by the Town this afternoon or tomorrow morning at
the latest.  The meters are actually on the domestic water lines and we have
added one as well, so sorry for the confusion.

Item # 275 - Irrigation Skid N Pump, is not in the drawings.

 

Item # 94 - 1.5" Irrigation Meter w/ Backflow Preventer & Box, is not on the
