Eric: Clay asked me in the meeting this morning if I dealt with water rights issues. I personally have had little involvement but our firm deals with that. My understanding from the discussions this morning is that Icon is talking with DWU about permitting for the recirculation. I would assume DWU will require a water balance analysis as a part of any permitting taking water from the creek. Maybe Icon has already done that - I don't know.
