Clay – Keith actually overnighted the permit to Carmen instead of you, so get with her in the morning.  She probably won’t know what it is.  She is going to be sending someone to the
court house tomorrow though to file the sidewalk easement from Lemmons, so maybe she can get this permit filed as well.  Call if any questions.
