I appreciate all the hard work that you and Joel have put into this project so far and I appreciate your diligent attendance at our weekly meetings. Both of you have been a huge help
here.

 

That being said, I believe we are at a point now where Icon’s attendance at these meetings will only be on an as needed basis. Starting immediately, I will notify you at least 3 days
in advance (if possible) if we need you at any future meeting.
