Mr. Snowden is an expert in grasses. In this meeting we discussed - anchoring the shoreline with sedges and rushes - mowing down the existing vegetation and hand raking the soil and spraying Inland Sea Oats, Canadian/Virginia Wild Rye and wheats/cerial rye. Channel bottom - currently the mit plan states that the channel bottom must stay in place until the new creek walls are installed. The issue is the new walls are at a lower elevation than the existing channel bottom. 2. ABR is requesting to be able to add 3 low water crossings. 3. Creek bottom excavation at existing weir - vac vs excavation. Discussed NTC's pending dewater plan - need formal submittal.
