Also, the specified product will look better than the substitute. The Landscape Architect's preference was ADA and High Heel acceptable. The submitted product will function for drainage, but I agree that high heel acceptable may be important. I defer to others for the final decision. Neither the ToA or UDR is interested in paying this up charge. The galvanized option has already been included on CO #5 that is going to the Town Council for approval tomorrow night. Please advise on what our other options are here.
