If you grout the entire run, then you will not be able to get back into the pipe. Please advise. Minimum SDR 13.5 pipe to be used for the sleeves. Mandrels are to be pulled through all conduits prior to backfill in the presence of the construction manager or representative. To the second item in this RFI, we have provided a duplicate of conduit crossing the creek as a spare. The contractor proposed pumping grout into the sleeve to fill the voids between the conduit and sleeve. We are not aware of who suggested to not do the pressure grouting but as long as the Town does not object, we do not object.
