I have looked at it and they appear to be are correct. The top of Grotto wall is shown and was built to elevation 563.00 and the paving grades shown on the most recently revised Grotto Plan show a perimeter grade of 563.30, higher. I do not think you intended for it to be higher. We have quickly looked at it and believe the perimeter grade can be lowered to 563.00 and the -0.30 carried to the inside, but it gets a little tricky on the north side because the grade is not flat but slopes toward Vitruvian Way. Please provide a draft copy of your revisions to me for our coordination with the grading plan and trench drain exhibit which will also have to be revised. One other item, the ToD you are showing on the grading plan should just be the edge of pavement grade not the ToD. I am showing the top of grate elevation on the trench drain exhibit about a half inch lower to direct surface water off of the pavement and to the grate across the concrete encasement. Icon will post a revised sheet C301, Grading Plan today and include notifications. An updated Grotto Trench Drain Exhibit is attached. KSS tells me they will also post their revised drawing today. In addition to the Civil Grotto grading revisions, please note an additional grading revision shown on sheet C301 along the north park property line that was required for the VP206 design in progress.
