I have personally confirmed the tree counts and the fact that Andres did not get paid by UDR to remove these trees. So where along the way, all these trees were on our original demo
plan, but did not get moved over to the park plans.

 

The revised (as of this morning) change order quantities and pricing appear to be fair to me. Should we include this in Change Order 2 or create a new CO #3?
