Bruce and Joel,

We're finalizing our retaining wall design for use at the southeast corner of the Bella Lane Bridge and we need Icon to answer a couple of questions. First, will there be any street
lighting that will need to be installed along the wall? I didn't see any in the CAD files you recently sent to us (7/20), but I wanted to confirm that with you. Second, will we need
to include any sidewalk adjacent to the retaining wall? I don't think it will adversely affect anybody if we don't add the sidewalk at this time. However, since Icon is the EOR for Bella,
I thought it best to ask you that question.
