Attached is the bid tabulation for Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure, Phase 1D. The prices are pretty consistent across the bidders with the exception of the mobilization for Austin Bridge & Road, which exceeds the 5% specified in the proposal form. The only other item that caught my attention was the street lights. We have the same light specified in Phase 1B at nearly half the price, which results in a $32,000 add for street lighting for this project. Perhaps Architectural Lighting believes we have a vested interest in continuing the same lighting throughout the development. If this is the case, then we can expect to continue to pay more and more for street lights as the number of Bega lights grows. One solution is to add a number of street lights at the contracted price in Phase 1B and use them throughout the duration of the development. This would also insure that if they change production of the street lights that we have enough supply to continue to use them. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E.
