Nancy and Clay, attached is a form for the proposed extension of bids.  Please review and let me know if you have any comments or questions.
 
Will any bid bonds or other bid security that may have been submitted also need to be confirmed and/or extended?
 
Also, do any of the bids include expiration time periods?  If so, then the proposed language should specifically state something to the effect that, notwithstanding the bid expiration,
the bidder is reinstating the bid as if it had never expired.
