Subject: Bridge Package Structural Drawing Modification

 

Attached you will find two proposals for modifying the bridge package
drawings in accordance with the directive we have been issued from the
Town and HNTB.  To do that work, I am proposing a $20,000.00 fee.  I
still want to be paid the $18,000.00 for additional services previously
provided that is the subject of miscommunication.  It may be easier for
you to ask for $38,000.00 and forget the "appeal" we made for the
$18,000.00.

 

I want this fee issue completely resolved before we complete the work.
Doing the work ahead of time without the knowledge and consent of the
"check writers", usually ends up disappointing for me.

 

Please advise.
