Attached is a comment/response report for our second cursory review of the Vitruvian Park Vehicular Bridges. We recorded our comments in this format to help facilitate and track which
further revisions will be made and/or exceptions noted.

Also attached is the TxDOT Bridge Layout checklist which has been marked up to show what information has been provided and what information is still needed to conform to TxDOT Bridge
Layout requirements. We understood there was a mutual understanding that a Bridge Layout conforming to TxDOT requirements would be prepared for inclusion in the State's bridge inspection
files for the two vehicular bridges.

We have not provided any comments on the pedestrian bridge as we understood this structure will adhere to applicable building code specifications. However, we did notice that the drains
are still located in the center of the deck. We understood from the review meeting that it was agreed this was undesirable and would be changed. We did notice changes regarding permissible
splice locations and other similar issues discussed during our review meeting were made to the pedestrian bridge plan sheets.
