Thanks for the info.  Based on commitments to other segments of the project (Vitruvian trail, Redding Trail, Brookhaven Connection, SD local match) we have determined that $430,000 that
can be committed towards the bridge package.

I put together this spreadsheet to identify the portions of the bridge that are pedestrian related.  There is a participation schedule that describes how the funds were calculated. 
Basically the items in green are necessary to build the project or are 100% trail related.  These items were earmarked for 50%.  The items in blue are necessary to build the Ponte bridge.
 I took half of the ratio of the width of the pedestrian sidewalk divided by the entire bridge width.   The items in pink are necessary to build the Bella Bridge and was calculated similar
to Ponte.  The two yellow items were pedestrian only facilities on Bella, but I took out the amount that was on the 6’ walkway on the opposite side of the bridge.
