Fyi, paragraph 6 of the Recitals states that engineering services to design the Phase 1D improvements have been provided by Icon Consulting Engineers, Inc.  If that’s not correct, the
agreement will need to be revised to reflect the engineering firm’s correct name.

Lea, Nancy and Clay, the first attachment is the proposed construction services agreement for Phase 1D of the Vitruvian project.   The second attachment is a red-lined comparison of
the document with the agreement for Phase 1C.
