Leonard, attached is a revised copy of the Assignment and Construction Services Agreement for Phase 1D of the Vitruvian public infrastructure project.  The only change (shown red-lined
in paragraph 6 of the Recitals in the first attachment) to the document sent last week is to change the name of the engineer for the project from Icon Consulting Engineers, Inc. to Halff
Associates, Inc.

A clean copy of the document is the second attachment.
