I spoke with Tom Forrest about this issue.  He said he was fine with it.  Do you see any issues with placing it on the council agenda for June 28?

Is there anything else I need to provide you regarding the proposal we gave you for handling the upstream grading issue?  Based on my meeting with Eric and Stan last week, I believe
the assumptions I had in the proposal at the time are still valid.  Assuming your plan is to handle it while North Texas is still on site so there aren't any additional mob. claims,
etc., we would probably need to get started pretty soon because we need to go through the hydraulic models before we can start any plans.  Please let me know if there's anything else
you need from us.
