Leonard, the Addison Town Council recently approved the construction contract for Phase 1D of the public improvement project in the Vitruvian development area, as well as the construction
management agreement with UDR.  Attached is the proposed agreement for Phase 1D, along with a DeltaView version of the document showing changes to the agreement for Phase 1C.

It’s my understanding that the notice to proceed for Phase 1D will be given to the contractor on July 6.  Therefore, in the interest of time, I’m sending these to you at the same time
that I’m sending them to the Town, so they are subject to the Town’s review and approval.
