                There are a number of chapters related to the statutes governing workers compensation in Texas. Chapter 12 (attached as PDF file) comprises the rules that most have to

Clay,

We've got a question regarding the Spec Book for Phase 1D. Section 1.2 of Provision 29 – Insurance (see attached) references an attachment on Workers' Compensation Commission rules.
Although we took this provision from the Phase 1C Spec Book, there were no such attachments. We thought the reference might be to a portion of Provision 30 – Workers' Compensation Insurance
Coverage (see attached), but we're not sure.

 

Do you know of the document being referenced and can you send us a copy? Please let me know. If possible, we'd prefer it in doc format, but we're not being picky at this point.
