I know The Town and UDR are in a hurry to get this resolved as the end of project nears. But I don't think Eric has heard back from Stan yet. Do you want us to just make an assumption
on how the jurisdictional waters will need to be handled so we can at least get you a proposal and get going on this and just adjust any scope we need to later if necessary? Or do you
want us to wait a bit longer and see if Eric can talk to Stan?
