Subject: over spray at Ponte Ave Bridge arches



Robert, 

Just spoke to Loren Goethals, Technical Sales Rep (972/877-3596 cell)  for Carboline Coatings at the Ponte Ave Bridge project site concerning the zinc overspray on the arches.

She stated that she was not concerned with the overspray as long as it was tightly adhered.

Loren intends to submit a letter stating her observation and recommendations to Scott Derr painting, who will then submit that letter.

 

At this time, Scott Derr Painting is using plain water to power wash the arches. It is too early to see the results since it is raining. Once the arches completely dry, results of the
visual observations of the surface preparation will be forthcoming.
