Nancy, I had a telephone conversation just now with Dan Tanksley, attorney for Halff, and he requested the changes that are red-lined in the first attachment, and they are acceptable
(the base version of the document is a clean copy of the document I e-mailed to you earlier this afternoon).  The second attachment is a clean copy of the document.

 

I think this resolves all of the outstanding issues.
