Here is the revised list based on everything discussed.  I think everything is a win except the electrical.  If you are not going to change over to the standard color and standard rectangular
fixture then there really isn’t any savings.  I listed the credit that we can offer if the city wants to bid out and install at a later date all the custom fixtures that are pole mounted
which total 52 EA poles and 166 EA fixtures.  The rest of the fixtures will need to remain in the contract because they are wall mount / embedded in concrete, etc…  Please take a look
at this and then call me on my cell to discuss so we can go over them.  Thanks again.
