Who is the contractor for the Addison Trail Phase 3 (Vitruvian Trail) construction? We would like to meet with them sometime in the next two weeks perhaps after your weekly construction
meeting. The purpose will be to begin coordinating on Phase 4 of the Addison Trail (Brookhaven Connection) that begins from the south pedestrian bridge landing and proceeds southward.
Please let us know when the weekly construction meetings are occurring.

We have updated the draft PSA to include the scope for both the connection to Brookhaven College and the Spring Valley Rd improvements. We will email a copy for your review once legal
has approved these changes, which includes assigning County as lead agency for the connection to Brookhaven College.
Please keep us posted on when the pre-construction meeting will occur. County needs to be involved to coordinate on the connection from the south pedestrian bridge landing to the Town
limit.

Thanks for these details that we are working into the PSA, which we hope to have to you by this week. Antoinette mentioned that you had discussed the NTP. When will be the kick-off
meting? Please advise on how soon the change order will need to be submitted for the trail connection south from the pedestrian bridge to the town limit for the ultimate connection
to Brookhaven College.
This change order could also involve a possible grading adjustment to better facilitate the trail connection near the town limit where the proposed contours exceed TDLR/ADA requirements.
Alternatively a switchback or angled trail could be used to cross these contours, but may require short retaining walls.

The estimate for $2.1 million for the widening of Spring Valley from Woodway to Addison City Limits (just east of Vitruvian Way (Brookhaven Club Drive). A detailed estimate is attached.
It is a complete re-construction of Spring Valley to a four lane divided. However, it does not go all the way to Marsh Lane. We hope to continue to Marsh Lane in the future but
recognizing that it is a T-intersection, think it will be an acceptable stopping point. A schematic of the proposed improvements is also included. It will link Phases 2 and 3 of the
Addison Trail. We have obtained ownership of the small shopping center at the southeast corner of Spring Valley and Vitruvian Way. We will use this right-of-way to re-align the intersection.
The re-constructed intersection layout will provide access to the proposed George H.W. Bush Elementary School (D.I.S.D.) which will have their main entrance on the north side of this
new intersection.
