Wow. Just shy of an act of Congress for a little access, huh? Thanks for the update. We'll stand by. Brian J. LaFoy, P.E. Vice President Nathan D. When we talked to them in person last week, the facility manager was going to sign the documents but now they say that the Board will need to review them. We are attempting to find out when that may occur. I will keep Brad current on our progress……. Brad will be there in my place. He is completely up to speed on the park as well as the upstream grading project. He will be coordinating our survey crew whenever we have ROE so please copy him on all emails while I'm gone as I will most likely not have email access or cell service. Also, the hydraulics engineer who has been working on this will also be on vacation next week, but there's not much else we can do at this point until we get the new contoured topo. We've started looking at Icon's models and the sections they used. Once we get our topo, we can generate new sections and compare them so we know what needs to happen. Assuming we get ROE this week, we can probably still get a survey crew out there by the end of the week or the first part of next week at the latest. By the time they perform their field work, reduce that data, and have a contoured topo ready, our engineer will be back and ready to go to work on it so we can start developing construction plans once the modeling is done.
