They are not set up as a vendor.  You will need to complete the interactive New Vendor Form, which is on EPAY.  You will need to attach a signed and dated W9 when you submit the form
to me for set up.  The vendor should have a W9, but attached is a blank one if they do not.  Once I get all of that I can get them set up in GEMS.
