Eric,

 

The fee is 8% of the Town’s portion of the construction.  I also included the pending change order.

 

Dallas County contributed $700,000.  UDR contributed $1,046,676.24.

 

If we get to the end of the job and it has not been totally billed for, we can bill it out then.  What we cannot do is exceed the amount at the end of the job, so I would error on the
side of being low than being high.

I am not sure who to direct this to.

 

We received an invoice for Phase 1D.  It has 8% for the construction management fee.  Because UDR and Dallas County contributed to the construction of the bridges, the actual percentage
to use for the bridge construction should be 4.75%.  Please revise and resubmit the invoice.
