I’m not clear as to what you are talking about. The Pay App 03 you sent matches exactly with the spreadsheet I sent you and it matches exactly the work completed previous on the current

Pay app item #9 previous amount is wrong – please change to $209,901.99 to reflect what was paid last month. Also, Clay will not approve the app with CO #2 on it. We can either take
it off and bill for it next month or we can hold the entire app until after the 14th of December (the date when council will meet to vote on the CO approval).

In reviewing the pay application, there appears to be an error in the amount for Pay Application 3. It differs from the amount that was sent last month and is causing the numbers not
to math up for this month.
Additionally, Change Order #2 has not been approved by council and as such cannot be paid unless approved by council. Also, they will need to break the change orders down into items
similar to Phase 1C.
Please have Austin make the noted corrections and resubmit the invoice.
