Looks like Item #9 previous amount is wrong. I will get it fixed. I will have them remove CO #2 from the pay app – this is my fault, I figured the CO would be approved before the app
would be processed so I told them to include it.

In reviewing the pay application, there appears to be an error in the amount for Pay Application 3.  It differs from the amount that was sent last month and is causing the numbers not
to math up for this month.

 

Additionally, Change Order #2 has not been approved by council and as such cannot be paid unless approved by council.  Also, they will need to break the change orders down into items
similar to Phase 1C.

 

Please have Austin make the noted corrections and resubmit the invoice.
