As a result of our meeting this morning, Contech has agreed to provide a pedestrian bridge with vertical end members from the abutment to the bottom of the deck.  The curved truss section
will begin at the same elevation as the deck, as depicted in the plans.  I spoke with Clay again after the meeting and he indicated that the Town would accept this type of bridge.  Contech
is proceeding with revised shop drawings,  and has agreed to provide this bridge for their original price.  If there are any concerns, please let me know.  Thank you.
