Are any of the following considered Pedestrian Amenities or Landscape?

 

Bridge Lighting - construction

Power Service & Circuits for Bridge Lighting - construction

Stone Veneer - amenities

Pavers – are these required by ADA?  I would put them under construction and lets see what they say.
