Clay, Here are my comments on the documents you sent me earlier this week. I still have questions related to the following: 1. Project name and MCIP Project # in the Header (Note that changing the header in one location WON'T guarantee it changes throughout the document! Using Section Breaks instead of Page Breaks caused that to happen.) 2. Specific ROW Alignment Description on page 1 3. Bicycle design speed on page 4 (I honestly didn't know this term existed) 4. List of all known utilities and whether utilities have previous easements on page 7 5. I'm not sure what to list for Additional Amenities or Special Considerations on page 9 I trust this is what you needed. Eric S. Clay – would you please complete the attached trail project scoping sheets for the Vitruvian Trail Project and Bridges? Thank you, Nancy From: Jonathan Toffer [mailto:JONATHAN.TOFFER@dallascounty.org] Sent: Tuesday, September 28, 2010 2:33 PM To: Nancy Cline Cc: Komala Narra; Tushar Solanki Subject: Scoping sheets to use for multiuse pathways Importance: High Nancy, Please see attached for the set of multiuse pathway (trail) scoping sheets to use for Segment A (Vitruvian Trail), Segment B (Vitruvian Bridge), Segment C (Vitruvian Way sidewalks), and Segment E (Redding Trail). For Spring Valley Rd the multiuse pathway along the north side of the road is part of the overall scope. The attached sheets could be used for the pathway portion (Segment D-2) to complement the roadway portion (Segment D-1) that you are entering information into the roadway scoping sheets. Thanks for providing the updated Section 11 that we are working to complete for Brookhaven Trail. Please let me know if you have any more questions. We look forward to meeting with you tomorrow morning. Should I also send a set of these scoping sheets to Slade for Redding Trail? Thanks, Jonathan Toffer, E.I.T.
