I appreciate the spreadsheet but frankly I don’t understand it.   When we applied for the funding from the County, it was for the park trails and the bridge.   The amount that you’ve
allocated for potential COG funding is still very much up in the air and frankly we’re not sure that we will receive the funds before that project is begun; frankly it is my understanding
that the 2 million was allocated for the two projects that we’re attempting to build and complete now.   We’ve delayed the awarding of the bid already and unless we can come to an agreement,
then I’m afraid we may have to delay the award again and this is seriously jeopardizing the park schedule.  I think we need to meet asap so that we can resolve the issue.   Please let
