I spoke with Alyssa this afternoon.  She stated that the courier returned the easement and water rights permit unrecorded because the “clerk did not understand what to do with them.”
 I am not sure what the issue is.  Dallas County records easements everyday, so this should be nothing new to them.  However to insure that they are recorded in a timely fashion, I will
hand carry them to the courthouse tomorrow and have them recorded.
