As far as I can tell, the pricing in this change order is legit. The subcontractor who is installing the grounding system is the same sub who installed the lightning protection system
on Savoye and from what I can gather the pricing for the system spec’ed on the bridges lines up with what people I know would expect.

It appears that we over ran the quantity on pier depths.  They are as follows:
