Per our meeting yesterday, AB&R has requested an additional 16 days be added to this CO to account for shut down period. In this request they also state that they reserve the right to
make a claim for additional compensation, overhead and profit because of the shutdown.

 

I agree on giving days here, however I do not agree that we should have an open ended claim for additional monies. This was discussed specifically with Todd prior to him writing this
letter.

 

If AB&R agrees to drop this open ended claim, I think we can agree to add the 16 days they request to CO 1.

 

Let me know what you guys think and I will address with Todd.
