Eric, I think we need to have a meeting to discuss Items 7 & 8. These seem to be more aesthetic related and I am concerned that UDR has not been consulted on this. Let me send out an email and see if we cannot have a meeting here at the service center at 1:30 on Thursday concerning these two issues. We will follow up with a meeting between the engineers. Also, I have written PD and asked when they would prefer that the lights under the bridge be turned off. I will forward any response I receive. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. We still believe that the bridge lighting conduits should be concealed from direct view. 2. While we still disagree that adding over 6700 W of bridge lighting does not impact the existing circuits, splitting the bridge accent lighting to a separate source and control eliminates the issue. 3. Good news. 4. We believe the under bridge lights (Type F) need to be connected to the Park lighting circuits and control. If the desire is for them to be on when it is dark, they can be connected to the street lighting circuit. This decision must be made before the bridge electrical plans can be finalized. We have designed a separate bridge accent lighting source and controls to be connected to the bridge package. 5. We propose that Halff provide the conduit and location for the Pedoc product in the bridge plans. We will include the Pedoc, receptacles and wiring with the additional Ponte Avenue street lighting and bridge accent lighting source and controls plans. Unit prices are already established in the Park package. 6. We will provide Bella Lane bridge street lighting and accent lighting conduit locations, power source and controls. 7. We have not been provide any photometrics that show the double 250W light fixture light levels or the combined bridge street lighting and the proposed park lighting together. We still believe that this design is not desired. This issue will not affect circuits, wiring or conduit but still needs to be addressed. 8. All reference to the step lighting should be removed from the bridge electrical plans. Once the photometrics, discussed in 7 above, are resolved, we will discuss with the Park Landscape Designer for the final decision and implementation in the Park package. 9. Agree. We are ready to meet and finalize the bridge, park and street lighting design coordination. We recommend that you go ahead and setup the final design meeting at the earliest time available. Joel A. We have added responses as appropriate, leaving a couple of our minor action items still open. Once we have Icon's action item responses, we should be ready to meet and resolve any open items. Since Dianne will be out of the office until 7/28, I suggest the earliest we can meet is 7/29 or 30 (Thursday or Friday). We look forward to receiving Icon's responses as well as the Town's response to the question of keeping lights on under the bridge all night. Sincerely, Eric Eric S.
