Gentlemen,

We've come up with a few options to consider for dealing with the support wall poured to the wrong elevation on Abut #2. As you might expect, each option has its pros and cons. We'd
like to meet with all of you on site either late today or Thursday morning to discuss these options and determine the best course of action. Afterward, Halff can design the approved
repair and provide the necessary drawings.
