1.	We prefer 22”x34” size sheets.
2.	The project will continue to be named Phase 1D.  The Public Works Project No. is 2009-05.  It will likely get a new bid number though depending on when we issue it.
3.	There are AutoCAD files on Projectmates.  Eric Little should be able to connect you.

Clay,

As I mentioned in my voice message, I need to get a few questions answered regarding CAD for Vitruvian. Feel free to contact me directly should you need additional clarification.

1.     I need to find out what size drawings the Town of Addison prefers. For now, I’m assuming 24"x36".

2.     Will this project be known as Phase 1D or something else?

3.     We'll need to attach a border file to our drawings that has the town's logo, so I'll need to get that from you.

4.     Can we get access to CAD files (AutoCAD is fine) for paving, profiles, alignments, and utilities at the three bridges?

a.     I should mention that Bruce Dunne has asked UDR to connect us to ProjectMate (if I recall correctly). That may provide us the information we need, but I didn't ask that question.
