Here is a version in word that Bruce sent over at one point. If there is one complaint I have about Bruce though, it is that his specs stink. I know that the A+B is incorrect in this
document, and there are several other issues with it that perhaps you can correct. He also bids way too many items as lump sum. With that in mind, please have a look and let me know
what you think.
