Just tried to call your office.

 

As discussed during the meeting at the Town of Addison earlier today, we will plan to meet at your offices on Monday, November 9, 2009. Let's plan for 9:00 AM with an initial discussion
on key design issues and then the rest of the day (I believe Steve can stay until approximately 3:00 PM) can be technical discussion on each major component of the bridge structure and
respective details.

 

I believe we will have 3-4 representatives from HNTB, perhaps 1 or 2 from the Town, and then whomever else on the ICON team. 

 

Please reply to confirm. I will send an Outlook meeting request shortly.

 

Nancy/Clay:

 

I don't believe you need to present for the full duration of the meeting but your attendance during the key design issues discussion will be critical. Hopefully that won't take much
more than an hour.
