You're right; they did submit a substitute and we'll get ARS to review that as necessary. I'm trying to confirm with ARS about just what the comment concerns. I don't think it's referring
to the drain itself, but the concrete surface immediately adjacent to the drain. I'll let you know what I learn after ARS returns my call.

(RAS) #0086, as licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation - Architectural Barriers Division (TDLR-AB). When construction is complete, TDLR requires that the attached
Request for Inspection form be completed and returned to an RAS with the inspection fees, unless previously paid.
* If the Property Owner chooses to have someone else (i.e. - a tenant, property manager, architect, contractor, etc.) request the required Inspection, the attached Owner Agent Designation
form must also be completed and returned with the property owner's signature. This executed form must accompany any correspondence intended for the property owner that the Agent may
sign. Please return signed forms to this office.
Note: ARS representatives have provided this Report to the property owner and / or owner's designated agent, and to the design professional. ARS requests that the owner/agent also
provide additional copies to interested parties such as the tenant(s), the General Contractor, appropriate Sub-Contractors, etc. to ensure accessibility compliance.
