Clay,

I believe that I spoke with you last Wednesday about the possibility of
holding our bid for Vitruvian Park through early December.  The supplier of
primary concern is Hirschfeld Steel, they have indicated that they can hold
their price until November 13th, at which point a new mill run cycle is
started and we will have to check back then.  We are still waiting on a
couple more suppliers and subcontractors to call back.

Before we agree to holding our bid we would like to have an opportunity to
discuss the project with your office.  We expect to hear back from the last
few vendors tomorrow, at which point I will contact you and hopefully we can
schedule a short meeting.
