I think we need to figure out what improvements are needed and then determine how we want to approach them.  An easement may be the best way to go about it, but we need to be careful
that we do not end up owning someone else's problems.

I will request the CAD files from Halff.

I just responded to you before I got this mail.  To make sure it's done
right, yes, I think we need ROE still.  We would be on site less than a
day.

Along with ROE, how will the Town handle the improvements on that
property?  Will you be acquiring an easement or will you have a letter
agreement of some kind?

If so is it still necessary to obtain right of entry?  It may take some
