Bill,

We decided to go with Halff for the inspection of the abutments, bents , rails, decking, etc.  However, we do need Kleinfelder to perform the materials testing and to continue to inspect
the drilled shafts.  Please send me a work order for this portion of the work in the amount of $90,500.
