Our FOM noticed some typos and corrections on the Pay App that need to be fixed:
1. Most importantly, the address on page 1 for ABR needs to be:
6330 Commerce Drive, Suite 150
Irving, Texas 75063
2. Certificates is missing an “e” in the paragraph above where we sign.
3. On pages 2 and 3, in the Project line at the top right, “Vitruvian” is halfway cut off.
The first one is the most important since the checks need to go to our main office.
