Here is what I have so far. I had North Texas Construction (the guy doing the streets and park construction) run through this real quick, then I verified the piers and steel with others
(his estimates came in off the charts)….my pricing is BOLDED RED.

 

The steel erectors I spoke with were all between $3500 to $5000/ton for fabrication and erection. This was much better than the $12,000/ton price I got this morning. I went ahead and
carried $5,500/ton for the estimate.

 

Also, I had several pier drillers re-quote the piers directly to me (North Texas Construction was about 50% higher than you) and they came in much lower (my numbers include casing).
