Please find the attached Change Order #2 for Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure – Phase 1D. Per your request, it has been modified to include the charge for additional steel reinforcement.
I have left the cost of the additional waterproofing blank as well as the total amount of CO #2 and the revised contract amount. FYI, the amount of CO #2 is $96,552.63, not including
the waterproofing.

 

The only other issue is a request for additional time. While I don't believe additional time would be necessary for waterproofing, I have left this item blank as well. FYI, the total
number of days requested for CO #2 is 23, not including time for waterproofing.

 

I will adjust the document as soon as the waterproofing items are sent to my attention.
